Day 01: Bangalore / Mysore (140kms / 3hrs)
On arrival at the Bangalore railway station / airport you will be met by our representative transfer to Mysore, enroot visit Srirangapatna - Tippu’s Summer Palace.
Mysore is the second-largest city in the state of Karnataka, India. Located at the base of the Chamundi Hills about 146 km (91 mi) southwest of the state capital Bangalore, it is spread across an area of 128.42 km2 (50 sq mi). According to the provisional results of the 2011 national census of India, the population of Mysore is 887,446 and Hinduism is its major religion. Overnight stay at Mysore. On arrival in Mysore check in to a hotel. Later proceed to visit St. Philomena’s church - this imposing Gothic structure with beautiful stained glass windows and lofty towers is a must see and world famous Brindavan Garden - the Krishna Raja SagarDam after sundown, when musical fountains and colored lights transform this place into a magical fairyland. Day 02: Mysore - Ooty (170kms / 5hrs)
After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed to Ooty, Enroot visit Bandipur National Park and Madumalai Wildlife Sanctuary.
Ooty also known as Udhagamandalam is the "Queen of hill stations" and the capital of Nilgiris district. It is one of the most popular tourist resorts in India. Nilgiris means "Blue Mountains". It is a land of picturesque picnic spots. Used to be popular summer and weekend getaway for the Britishers during the colonial days. It is situated at an altitude of 2,240 meters above sea level. On arrival to Ooty check in to a hotel. Evening visit Botanical Garden - is spread over 22 hectares ascending the slopes on the hill at an elevation of 2400 - 2500 meters, Rose Garden - the rose varieties planted in this park were assembled from different sources. Initially, 17,256 rose plants from 1919 varieties have been planted. Return to hotel and overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 03: Ooty
Morning breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing; visit Deer Park - The Ooty Deer Park is a unique wilderness situated on the fringes of the Ooty lake. It is one of the high altitude animal parks in India, Doddabetta - It is highest peak in the Nilgiris and the name Doddabetta literally means 'big mountain' which is so in reality, Ooty Lake - The Ooty Lake is the pride of the Blue Hills. It is Central and strategic attraction. Return back to the hotel and Rest of the day free at leisure . overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 04: Ooty - Kodaikanal (280kms / 6 hrs)
Morning breakfast, checkout from hotel and proceed to Kodaikanal.
Kodaikanal is the most beautiful and popular hill station in Tamil Nadu. It is located in the famous Palani Hills in Western Ghats and is known as the Princess of hill stations. Kodaikanal is situated about 7,200 feet above the sea level.
On arrival check in to hotel. Evening visit to Coakers walk - Coaker's Walk runs along a steep slope on the southern side of Kodai. It offers some of the best views of the plains, Green Valley View - this point commands a beautiful view of the entire Vaigai Dam. As the valley here is very deep, dense and dangerous this place was once known as “Suicide point.” The Lake - the 24-hectare lake skirted by a 5 km long black tar road, is the focal point in Kodai, boating can be done here, return back to hotel and Rest of the day free at leisure . Day 05: Kodaikanal
Morning breakfast, half-day sight seeing visiting to Pillar Rocks - Three boulders stand here, shoulder-to-shoulder, vertically measuring 122 mtrs, providing a majestic sight. It has a garden with lovely flowers, Silent Valley View - Just a little away from the Pillar Rock and the Berijam Lake Road, is Silent Valley View, which provides a breathtaking view of Silent Valley, Berijam Lake View - this place provides a panoramic landscape view of Berijam Lake. This viewpoint is 19 kms from Kodaikanal Lake, Silver cascade falls - the overflow of Kodai Lake comes down here as a 180 foot high waterfalls, evening free. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
